The purpose of this policy is to:
1) Prior employment, ensure that employees and contractors understand their responsibilities and are suitable for the roles for which they are considered.
2) During employment, ensure that employees and contractors are aware of and fulfill their information security responsibilities.
3) At termination or change in employment, protection of the AAB’s interests.
